Contrôleur — Secteur immobilier Responsabilités Superviser et approuver les états financiers mensuels et analyser la performance financière. Assurer la qualité, l’exactitude et la conformité de l’information financière. Superviser les contrôles internes et la documentation comptable. Encadrer l’équipe et assurer le respect des échéanciers. Participer aux audits externes et à divers projets spéciaux, notamment les acquisitions et intégrations de propriétés. Agir comme partenaire financier auprès des équipes opérationnelles et des clients. Exigences 15+ ans d’expérience en comptabilité, incluant de l’expérience en gestion d’équipe. CPA requis. Excellente connaissance des normes IFRS et/ou US GAAP. Connaissance de Hopem, un atout important. Bilinguisme français/anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit. Excellent sens de l’organisation, jugement et capacité à résoudre des problèmes.
