About this role

Carrier Commercial Services has a 6-month contract hybrid position for an Accounts Payable Coordinator in Mississauga. The Accounts Payable Coordinator will take on the full cycle of Accounts Payable tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoices and Payment Processing including invoice authorization, code and entry in SAP, cheque runs, and vendor interaction
• Month-end activities including journal entries, accounts payable aging, prepare accrual travel & entertainment expense, follow up on invoices & clearing accounts and prepare accounts payables accruals

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 5 years plus of work experience in Accounts Payable

Preferred Qualifications

Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting
• Experience with analysis
• Detail-oriented, attention to accuracy
• Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of SAP or S4Hana
