As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Accountant to join our team and support our financial operations.

What You’ll Do
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Prepare and reconcile financial statements, reports, and general ledger accounts. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Prepare tax filings and assist with year-end accounting. Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Maintain organized financial records and assist with audits as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Education: Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience: Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping. Experience with small to mid-sized businesses is an asset. Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Other: CPA designation or working toward CPA is an asset but not required. Familiarity with payroll systems and tax compliance is an advantage. Must be able to work on-site at our Woodstock office when scheduled. Why Join IPAC Consulting?
