About the role

Who you are

  • 3–4 years of experience in accounting or audit roles
  • Degree in Accounting or related field
  • US GAAP knowledge required
  • Basic understanding of accounting processes and month-end close
  • Advanced English Skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow established processes
  • Ability to manage routine tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Experience with NetSuite is a plus
  • Experience managing accounting and reporting for multi-currency entities

  • You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative Accounting & Finance team that truly partners with Operations and Supply Chain

  • This role supports the day-to-day accounting operations of the Company’s subsidiary and other financial areas, contributing to the monthly close process and ensuring accurate and timely financial records
  • This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys transactional accounting, maintaining clean books, following processes, and developing a strong understanding of local accounting operations. The position reports directly to the Sr. Accounting Manager
  • Prepare and record routine journal entries, accruals, and adjustments, ensuring appropriate supporting documentation
  • Support the monthly close process for, meeting all reporting deadlines
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts and investigate and resolve variances
  • Maintain accurate and complete accounting records in compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards
  • Prepare standard financial reports and supporting schedules
  • Support internal controls by ensuring completeness and accuracy of transactions
  • Assist during external audits by preparing requested documentation
  • Contribute to system and process improvements, including ERP-related initiatives, as needed
  • Collaborate with other teams (e.g. operations, finance or supply chain) to ensure proper recording of costs and expenses
  • Support ad-hoc projects as needed
