Job Duties:

• Process and post new and used vehicle deals in CDK/DMS.
• Review deal jackets for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure all documents (bill of sale, trade-in, finance, etc.) are included.
• Submit funding packages and follow up with financial institutions.
• Process rebates, incentives, and warranty registrations.
• Reconcile deals with accounting and update related schedules.
• Post and balance sales commissions and internal deals.
• Maintain organized filing of all deal paperwork.
• Communicate with sales, F&I, and accounting to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing for vehicle sales.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of accounting experience.
• Dealership experience is considered an asset
• Customer service experience
• Eye for detail and perfection.
• Passion for delivering high quality.
