Join Our Team! Seeking a Full-time Experienced Accounting Clerk

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys learning, and wants to contribute meaningfully to a collaborative accounting department which is located at our Red Hill Toyota location.

Key Responsibilities:

The following duties are required on a daily and monthly basis:

• Reconcile and post vehicle deals
• File and maintain an organized filing system
• Reconcile and post daily cash receipts
• Maintain and reconcile accounting schedules
• Assist with month-end matters
• Prepare monthly bonus support for sales staff
• Timely payout of vehicles
• Identify opportunities to minimize costs
• Assist Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk when required
• Perform other responsibilities as required by the Controller

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an automotive accounting role, including posting deals
• High school diploma required; a post-secondary degree in accounting is a plus
• Experience with PBS dealership software is a strong advantage
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Positive team player with excellent communication skills
