Work-Life Balance – We support flexibility so our team can thrive both professionally and personally We Invest in You – From industry certifications to career advancement, we champion continuous learning People-First Culture – We believe in open communication, mutual respect, and celebrating success Real Career Growth – We promote from within and match people to their strengths Diversity & Inclusion – We proudly welcome all backgrounds and foster an inclusive environment What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day accounting for assigned residential properties Process accounts payable and receivable accurately and on time Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger entries Prepare financial statements and assist with budget preparation Ensure accuracy of tenant ledgers, vendor payments, and owner reports Collaborate with Property Managers to resolve accounting discrepancies Maintain property data and financial records in Yardi or similar systems Support audit preparation and compliance with internal controls and policies Respond to financial inquiries from tenants, vendors, and internal teams Contribute to ongoing process improvement and reporting efficiencies What You Bring 2–4 years of accounting experience (property accounting preferred) Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Buildium) is an asset Strong Microsoft Excel skills and financial reporting knowledge Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement Ready to Find Your Zen?
