Duties and Responsibilities Cash receipt entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable and account reconciliations Satisfying customer service queries. Internal department queries and problem solving Account payment histories Tax remittances Compilation and distribution of daily management reports Compliance reporting Reconciling bank statements and general ledgers Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential Full cycle accounting Other accounting duties that management may require Skills Knowledge & Experience Relevant university degree or college diploma combined with two years of work experience Thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, policies and procedures and budgeting methods Detail orientated, with excellent organizational and follow up skills Ability to produce and manage daily management reporting requirements Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously. Strong oral and written communication skills Energetic team player with ability to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Knowledge of Net Suite would be an asset Thank you for your interest in Vault Credit Corporation. The Accounting Officer is responsible for full cycle accounting, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations. They also handle tax remittances, compliance reporting, and the distribution of daily management reports.

Candidates need a university degree or college diploma combined with at least two years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and knowledge of Net Suite is considered an asset.
