The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for accurately and timely processing vendor and subcontractor payment applications, verifying them against purchase orders and contracts, and managing subcontractor compliance documents like lien waivers. This role also involves preparing weekly payment runs, maintaining supplier accounts, and communicating with internal teams and suppliers to resolve discrepancies and reconcile statements.
