OUR STORY Staffing Services by GardaWorld started in 2013 in response to a market opportunity. We recognized that our success in recruiting, training and scheduling talent, as well as doing payroll could be applied beyond the security industry. Our growth began in Quebec with the acquisition of Helene Roy Staffing agency, and continued from there. In 2019, we expanded our services into Ontario with the acquisition of The Bagg Group (Toronto) and Turn Key Staffing Solutions (GTA + North).
