*Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys keeping an office running smoothly?* A busy real estate office in Cornwall is seeking an *Office Administrator / Real Estate Office Assistant* to provide administrative, bookkeeping, and marketing support to a team of real estate professionals. This role offers an opportunity to grow within a dynamic industry, work with a supportive team, and make a meaningful impact every day. *Key Responsibilities* * Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, supplies, and equipment maintenance. * Manage administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and record-keeping. * Accounting and bookkeeping functions (accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, payroll, remittances and monthly reports). * Assist management and sales representatives with documentation, contracts, and onboarding of new agents. * Maintain and update the office website, social media pages, and online listings. * Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow. * Prepare and distribute internal communications, meeting notices, and training updates. * Contribute to a positive, professional office environment that reflects the company?s values. *Qualifications & Skills* * Proven experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or bookkeeping role (real estate experience an asset). * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Experienced in QuickBooks and real estate CRM experience preferred. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Professional, reliable, and adaptable attitude. *Why You?ll Love This Role* * Opportunity to learn about the real estate industry and grow your skills. * Supportive and team-oriented office culture. * Stable weekday hours. *Ready to take the next step?* If you?re organized, dependable, and eager to join a professional real estate environment, we?d love to hear from you!
