What You’ll Do: Lead and execute audit and review engagements from planning to completion Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members Prepare and review financial statements and disclosures in accordance with ASPE and ASNPO Identify, analyze, and resolve complex accounting and assurance issues Deliver high-quality client service as a primary contact Travel to complete audit fieldwork outside of Central Alberta Assist with compilation engagements from planning to completion Prepare and review corporate and personal tax returns and compliance filings Oversee T4s, T5s, payroll, GST filings, and government reporting Analyze financial results and provide insights to clients Communicate engagement progress and findings to management Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations Collaborate with engagement teams Support clients with systems and process improvements Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Build and maintain client relationships Participate in internal training programs What Sets You Apart: Strong leadership and mentoring skills Excellent communication abilities Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Commitment to high-quality client service Experience with Caseware, Profile, QuickBooks, Sage, and Microsoft 365 Knowledge of CAS, ASPE, ASNPO, and Canadian tax compliance Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Business Administration CPA designation (completed or near completion) 3–5 years of public practice experience in Canada Why Join Pivotal LLP: Leadership opportunities Flexible work schedules (June–December) Firm-paid social events Ongoing professional development Supportive and collaborative environment Comprehensive benefits including health & wellness account Banked overtime

Exigences
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration and a CPA designation (completed or near completion). Candidates must have 3-5 years of public practice experience within Canada.
