Résumé du poste

PCL Graphics is a large-format printing and fabrication company based in Markham, Ontario, with over 40 years of experience delivering custom signage, display graphics, and visual solutions for retail, architecture, and experiential brands across North America. What started as a family venture has grown into an industry leader known for precision craftsmanship, innovative production, and a hands-on commitment to quality — and we're growing fast, with operations now expanding across the Canada–US border. We're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Accounting Associate to manage our day-to-day financial operations and keep our books accurate, organized, and up to date as we grow. You'll work closely with our fractional CFO on priorities and next steps, and directly with our CEO — a great opportunity to gain visibility into how a growing company runs, while developing toward larger accounting responsibilities over time. Salary: $50,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience What you'll own: Full-cycle bookkeeping: accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and bank/credit card reconciliations Weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reporting Vendor disbursement schedules and balance sheet account reconciliations Posting of vendor and customer invoices, including US invoicing and US retail/sales tax requirements, as our cross-border business grows Tracking expenses, budgets, cash flow, and tax obligations across both Canadian and US operations Reviewing and distributing incoming mail, and handling phone and customer inquiries in a timely manner Compiling, filing, and recording associated paperwork (invoices, bank statements, timecards, etc.) Day-to-day finance and office support, including assisting our Office Manager as needed What you bring: 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience — this is not an entry-level role, and we're looking for someone reliable who takes pride in keeping things organized and accurate Required: working knowledge of both Canadian and US accounting practices, including US invoicing and US retail/sales taxation Minimum 2 years' experience with Sage 50 (preferred), or 3+ years with comparable accounting software Proficiency in QuickBooks and the Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field Sharp organizational and analytical skills with a genuine eye for detail Comfortable in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment where priorities shift quickly Strong written and verbal communication skills Bonus: familiarity with project management or CRM software, and comfort supporting a finance function that's moving toward near-full digitization This is a great fit for someone who takes ownership of the details, works well with leadership, and is looking to grow with a company that's expanding into new markets. Apply now and help shape the finance function at PCL Graphics.
