The intern will participate in the accounts receivable and payable cycles, including client invoicing and supplier payment processing. Responsibilities also include managing email correspondence, validating supplier statements, and updating client and subcontractor files.

Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing and collections across multiple companies. Support accounts payable tasks such as invoice entry, coding, and credit card reconciliation.
