As we continue to support our growing teams across Ontario and Alberta, we are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Administrator to join our Corporate team in London, Ontario. This is a part-time position, working approximately 2 to 3 days per week, with scheduling to be discussed based on payroll deadlines and operational needs. What You’ll Do Payroll Processing and Compliance Process bi-weekly payroll using Payworks for employees across multiple provinces. Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time. Apply payroll requirements under applicable employment standards, including: Employment Standards Act, Ontario Employment Standards Code, Alberta Ensure accurate application of: Overtime rules Statutory holiday pay Vacation accruals and payouts Terminations, ROE and final pay Support payroll reporting, audits, year-end processes, T4s, and taxable benefit reporting. Timesheet Review and Reconciliation Review and reconcile bi-weekly timesheets submitted by site staff. Identify and follow up on missing information, discrepancies, or approvals. Work with Property Managers to confirm approved hours. Ensure payroll aligns with approved hours, schedules, and operational requirements. Cross-Functional Support Work closely with Property Managers, HR, Finance, and Operations on payroll-related matters. Support payroll updates related to: New hires Compensation changes Terminations Site-specific arrangements Assist with onboarding and offboarding payroll setup and required documentation. Help interpret payroll impacts related to employment agreements, allowances, and role-specific arrangements.
