Position Overview The Accounting Manager will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations across multiple entities within The Bignucolo Group. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage day-to-day accounting functions while working closely with the senior management team to support strategic planning, financial performance, and decision-making. Key Responsibilities  Oversee full-cycle accounting across multiple companies within the Group  Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting  Prepare and review consolidated and entity-level financial statements  Work closely with senior management to provide financial insights, reporting, and recommendations  Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management  Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including AP/AR and junior accountants  Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal controls  Review and improve accounting processes, systems, and efficiencies  Support project costing, job profitability analysis, and reporting for construction operations Qualifications  CPA designation is required  5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in construction or a multi entity environment  Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting and financial reporting  Experience with accounting software (Jonas Construction Software is an asset)  Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities  Proven leadership and team management experience  Excellent communication and organizational skills  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What We Offer  Competitive salary and benefits package  Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to strategic decision making  Exposure to diverse operations across multiple companies  A collaborative and dynamic work environment  Opportunities for professional growth and advancement

The Accounting Manager will oversee full-cycle financial operations and reporting across multiple entities within The Bignucolo Group. They will manage month-end and year-end closes while providing strategic financial insights and mentoring accounting staff.

A CPA designation and at least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in construction or multi-entity environments, are required. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills and proficiency in financial reporting and advanced Excel.
