La mission qu’on te propose: Relevant du Directeur Financier, l’Analyste principale assure l’intégrité et l’exactitude de l’information financière en effectuant les analyses nécessaires à la prise de décision. Il/elle veille à l’évaluation adéquate des inventaires et du coût de production, contribue aux processus de fin de mois et produit des rapports financiers périodiques. Le/la titulaire soutient également les activités de prévisions financières et d’audit, tout en participant à l’amélioration continue des processus comptables. Un aperçu de ton quotidien Réaliser la conciliation de comptes du bilan afin de garantir leur exactitude Optimiser les processus comptables et renforcer les contrôles internes de gestion Supporter le groupe commercial dans la gestion opérationnelle et le suivi des inventaires clients, incluant le maintien et la validation des données dans les systèmes clients Collaborer avec les équipes interfonctionnelles afin d’assurer l’alignement des informations financières et opérationnelles Maintenir à jour le suivi des dépenses en capital (CAPEX) par projet afin d’assurer une visibilité financière adéquate Comptabiliser les rabais fournisseurs conformément aux ententes contractuelles en vigueur Participer à la préparation et au déroulement de l’audit annuel des états financiers Effectuer les conciliations de fin de mois liées aux réserves d’inventaire, crédits et facturation Contribuer à l’implantation et à l’optimisation des systèmes financiers Participer à la clôture des périodes comptables Respecter les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise (SST, BPF, code vestimentaire, etc.) Accomplir toute autre tâche connexe assignée par le superviseur selon les besoins opérationnels Tu es le candidat idéal si tu possèdes: Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en finance ou en comptabilité, avec un minimum de 1 à 3 années d’expérience pertinente; ou Diplôme d’études collégiales en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe, avec 3 à 5 années d’expérience pertinente; Expérience idéalement acquise en milieu manufacturier; Maîtrise des outils de la suite Microsoft Office, notamment Excel (niveau avancé); Connaissance du système AS400 (un atout) Bilinguisme requis (français et anglais) Le bilinguisme est requis pour communiquer avec certains clients et intervenants et pour analyser une documentation financière majoritairement en anglais. The mission we are proposing: Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Accounting Analyst ensures the integrity and accuracy of financial information by performing the analyses necessary for decision-making. He or she ensures the proper valuation of inventory and production costs, contributes to month-end processes, and produces periodic financial reports. The incumbent also supports financial forecasting and auditing activities, while participating in the continuous improvement of accounting processes. An overview of your new position Reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure their accuracy Optimize accounting processes and strengthen internal management controls Support the commercial team in the operational management and monitoring of customer inventories, including maintaining and validating data in customer systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial and operational information Maintain up-to-date tracking of capital expenditures (CAPEX) by project to ensure adequate financial visibility Record supplier discounts in accordance with current contractual agreements Participate in the preparation and execution of the annual financial statement audit Perform month-end reconciliations related to inventory reserves, credits, and invoicing Contribute to the implementation and optimization of financial systems Participate in the closing of accounting periods Comply with company policies and procedures (OHS, GMP, dress code, etc.) Perform any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor as operational needs arise You are the ideal candidate if you have Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting, with at least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience; or College diploma in accounting or a related field, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience; Experience ideally gained in a manufacturing environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (advanced level); Knowledge of the AS400 system (an asset) Bilingualism required (French and English) Bilingualism is required to communicate with certain clients and stakeholders and to analyze financial documents, most of which are in English. Exigences

Requires either a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting with 1–3 years of relevant experience, or a college diploma in accounting or a related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience. Manufacturing experience is preferred; advanced Excel skills and French-English bilingualism are required, while AS400 knowledge is an asset.
