Lead the HR technology roadmap, HRIS governance, and payroll operations across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom, including system configuration, integrations, controls, reporting, and continuous improvement. Manage the HRIS team, projects, vendors, budgets, data protection, and stakeholder relationships while improving system reliability and the employee and manager experience.
