The Auditor General is responsible for the independent audit of the City's accounts, financial statements, and compliance with laws and regulations. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in business or accounting, a CPA Auditor designation, and be a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec. A minimum of eight years of relevant experience is required, including four years in audit team management.
