Accounting Expert Role Overview Evaluate and design accounting scenarios for AI systems in financial reporting, audit, and technical accounting. Impact major public company functions by applying GAAP, PCAOB, IFRS, and ISA standards. $70-$80 per hour | 10-40 hrs/week | Remote Key Responsibilities Construct accounting scenarios for financial statement preparation and technical accounting research. Build tasks across financial reporting, audit, and complex transaction accounting. Develop scenarios using ERP systems, consolidation software, and audit management platforms. Apply accounting methodologies to GAAP, PCAOB standards, IFRS, and ISA. Author rubrics to distinguish authentic accounting judgment from generic recall. Core Requirements Have strong relevant experience in the domain, ideally . Direct ownership of financial reporting, audit engagements, or technical accounting matters. Fluency in accounting tooling and understanding of regulatory reporting and audit standards. A recognized professional credential is strongly preferred (CPA, ACCA, or CA). Additional Strengths Strong analytical approach to reviewing and improving professional content. High level of consistency when assessing technical and transactional accuracy.
