Our client, a large and rapidly growing industrial services organization, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA who enjoys financial reporting, analysis, intercompany accounting, and process improvement in a collaborative, low-overtime environment. With approximately $90M in annual revenue, continued growth through acquisition, and the backing of a large global parent organization, this role offers both stability and long-term career development. What You'll Be Doing Lead accounting and financial reporting for a subsidiary business unit Support month-end and quarter-end close processes Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements Manage complex intercompany transactions and reconciliations Investigate and resolve accounting issues while identifying process improvements Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Participate in projects focused on improving reporting, controls, and business processes Partner with operational leaders and finance management across multiple entities What We're Looking For CPA designation Strong financial reporting and month-end expertise Advanced Excel skills Experience working with ERP systems Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment Experience in construction, engineering, industrial services, manufacturing, mining, or related industries is considered an asset IFRS exposure is ideal Why Consider This Opportunity?
