The Specialist must work cross functionally within the portfolio and across the organization to support operations. The Specialist will develop partnerships and work closely with system and community partners. Human Resources Exemption: No Education: * Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting * or equivalent combination of education and experience Competencies: * Communication skills * Leadership skills * Interpersonal skills * Analytical skills * Financial skills * Critical thinking skills Experience: * 3-5 years experience with progressive advancement Knowledge & Abilities: * Knowledge of the healthcare system in Saskatchewan. * Knowledge of legislation and applicable laws * Demonstrates and is recognized for strategic and operational leadership * Promotes innovation, guides change and is committed to continuous improvement * Exemplifies ethical practices, professionalism and personal integrity * Mobilizes people, inspires and sets an example for others * Commitment to quality, safety, and improvement striving towards zero harm * Commitment to a diverse, culturally competent, culturally safe work environment * Able to balance needs/interest of diverse groups & maintain strategic priorities * Has demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and develop others * Knowledge of First Nations and Metis history in Saskatchewan * Knowledge of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action * Committed to delivering on patient and family centred care * Proven ability to collaborate and partner with a wide variety of stakeholders * Ability to articulate mission, vision and strategy and charts a path forward. Exigences

Candidates must possess an undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, along with 3-5 years of progressive experience. A valid Class 5 driver's license and knowledge of Saskatchewan's healthcare system and legislation are required.
