About the Role We are a tech-focused investment fund seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Manager Operations team. This is a hands-on role that is ideal for someone who thrives in a lean environment, takes ownership, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves on both high-visibility initiatives and the day-to-day operations. What You'll Work On Support preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statements and variance analysis (actual vs. budget, period-over-period) for internal stakeholder reporting. Process expense reports and accounts payable/accounts receivable entries for accuracy and adherence to internal control frameworks Assist with accounts payable process including setting up payments Prepare account reconciliations (bank, credit card, intercompany, GL-to-subledger) and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner Support the year end budgeting process, including data gathering/inputting and variance analysis Supporting an inaugural audit. Assisting with requested audit support documentation such as work papers, reconciliations, and supporting schedules Help maintain and improve operational processes and controls What We're Looking For CPA or CPA student 3-5 years of experience in private accounting, public accounting, or a related field Technical accounting knowledge, with a solid understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting requirements, and accounting best practices Demonstrated comfort with AI tools and a proactive mindset toward adopting emerging technology; as a tech-focused fund building agentic workflows across the business, we view AI fluency as a core operational competency Comfortable with both Excel and financial reporting software Strong attention to detail and a low-ego, get-it-done attitude Ability to context-switch across work streams and work independently in a fast-moving environment Why This Role You'll get broad exposure to different projects across the manager operations, at a moment of real growth We hire for skills, curiosity, and adaptability - not a fixed set of tasks We provide comprehensive health, dental, vision and mental health benefits coverage from day one We are proud of the supportive, collaborative culture we have built and have a team who genuinely enjoys working together Position Status This posting represents an active, immediate vacancy on our team.
