*English will follow* Comptable immobilier commercial Vieux Port de Montréal (station metro : Champ-de- Mars) 70 000 $ à 95 000 $ | Permanent | Temps plein (37,5 h/semaine) Notre client, une entreprise reconnue dans le secteur immobilier, est à la recherche d'un(e) Comptable immobilier commercial afin de joindre son équipe au centre-ville de Montréal. Cette organisation gère un portefeuille diversifié d'actifs immobiliers comprenant notamment des propriétés commerciales, industrielles et résidentielles. Vous aurez l'occasion de travailler sur des actifs de qualité au sein d'une entreprise établie qui offre un environnement stable, collaboratif et propice au développement professionnel. Principales responsabilités Effectuer la comptabilité complète d'un portefeuille d'immeubles commerciaux. Réviser mensuellement les registres de loyers afin d'en assurer l'exactitude. Préparer les conciliations annuelles des frais d'exploitation (CAM), des taxes immobilières et autres ajustements requis. Préparer les déclarations et documents de conformité. Analyser les états financiers et les dossiers de travail liés au portefeuille. Préparer les écritures de journal et participer activement aux clôtures mensuelles. Gérer et effectuer le suivi des flux de trésorerie. Participer à la préparation des budgets annuels et des prévisions financières. Produire les rapports financiers périodiques. Détenir minimum 2 ans d'expérience en comptabilité immobilière commerciale (auprès d'un propriétaire immobilier, d'un gestionnaire immobilier ou d'une société immobilière commerciale Expérience avec les conciliations des frais d'exploitation (CAM), des taxes immobilières et les opérations comptables liées à l'immobilier commercial. Très bonne maîtrise d'Excel Bilinguisme français et anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. L'anglais est utilisé régulièrement dans le cadre des communications avec des collègues, fournisseurs, locataires et partenaires situés à l'extérieur du Québec, notamment aux États-Unis. This organization manages a diverse portfolio of real estate assets, including commercial, industrial, and residential properties. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties. Review rent rolls on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy. Prepare annual reconciliations of operating expenses (CAM), property taxes, and other required adjustments. Prepare compliance-related filings and supporting documentation. Analyze financial statements and supporting working papers related to the portfolio. Prepare journal entries and actively participate in month-end close activities. Monitor and manage cash flow. Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Prepare periodic financial reports. Collaborate closely with property management, leasing, and operations teams. Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate accounting, ideally with a property owner, property management firm, or commercial real estate company. Experience with operating expense (CAM) reconciliations, property tax reconciliations, and accounting activities related to commercial real estate. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Bilingualism in French and English, both written and spoken. English is used regularly to communicate with colleagues, tenants, vendors, and business partners located outside Quebec, particularly in the United States (approximately 50% of the time).
