Technicien Comptable 100% Remote

Nous recherchons un Technicien comptable pour joindre une entreprise en croissance dans le cadre d’une création de poste. Relevant de la gestionnaire des finances, vous occuperez un rôle combinant opérations comptables et amélioration des processus. Vous serez notamment responsable des activités liées aux comptes clients et contribuerez à structurer et optimiser les façons de faire de l’équipe. Le poste comporte également un volet important lié à la taxe de vente américaine (U.S. Sales Tax). Vos responsabilités Prendre en charge les activités quotidiennes liées aux comptes clients; Analyser les processus et contrôles existants et participer à leur amélioration; Mettre en place et documenter de nouvelles procédures liées aux comptes clients; Préparer et comptabiliser les écritures de journal; Effectuer les conciliations de comptes, analyser les écarts et assurer leur résolution; Participer au cycle comptable complet et aux clôtures de fin de mois; Assurer le suivi et la conformité liés à la taxe de vente américaine; Contribuer à l’amélioration continue et à l’efficacité des opérations comptables; Collaborer avec les membres de l’équipe finance ainsi qu’avec les différents intervenants internes. Votre profil Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en comptabilité; Expérience pratique avec la taxe de vente américaine (U.S. Sales Tax); Bonne maîtrise du cycle comptable complet; Expérience en amélioration ou en implantation de processus liés aux comptes clients; Bonne maîtrise des écritures de journal et des conciliations de comptes; Bilinguisme français et anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit; Bonnes capacités d’analyse, d’organisation et de résolution de problèmes; Autonomie et capacité à collaborer efficacement dans un environnement de travail à distance. Atouts Expérience avec Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365); Expérience dans un environnement multi-entités ou nord-américain. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will take on a role combining day-to-day accounting operations and process improvement. You will be responsible for accounts receivable activities while also helping structure and optimize the finance team’s processes. The position also includes an important component related to U.S. Sales Tax. Your Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities; Review existing processes and controls and contribute to their improvement; Implement and document new accounts receivable procedures; Prepare and post journal entries; Perform account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure their resolution; Participate in the full accounting cycle and month-end closing activities; Ensure proper monitoring and compliance related to U.S. Sales Tax; Contribute to the continuous improvement and efficiency of accounting operations; Collaborate with members of the finance team and various internal stakeholders. Your Profile Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience; Hands-on experience with U.S. Sales Tax; Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle; Experience improving or implementing accounts receivable processes; Good knowledge of journal entries and account reconciliations; Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken; Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote work environment. Assets Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365); Experience working in a multi-entity or North American environment.
