Founded in 1981, Decarel provides project management services, as well as construction management and general contracting services. Decarel’s multidisciplinary team is consists of project managers and construction managers with extensive background in architecture, engineering and general contracting. On a regular basis, Decarel participates in multidisciplinary projects, providing its services in four (4) fields of expertise: project management, general contracting, construction management, consulting advisory services. Through the years, Decarel realized among others, several new construction projects, redevelopment, conservation and improvement, involving complex logistics projects. The vast majority of these projects were carried out according to the method of construction accelerated (Fast Track) regime, while respecting high standards of build quality.
