Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Description The Accounts Receivable Analyst will provide administrative and analytical support to the team, manage accounts receivable activities, maintain accurate documentation, and support various internal routines, reporting, and ad hoc requests and initiatives. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the team on internal routines and various ad hoc requests and initiatives. Support CCMs on Forecast Accuracy, updating data and trends in the system. Conduct various analyses leveraging multiple data sources. Manage all A/R clearing of Promo Trade and Billbacks for all CCMs. Maintain A/R tracker. Validate performance against the deal sheet criteria. Validate volume for any deals applicable. Prepare and send out invoices and process incoming payments. Create AR aging and metrics reports. Support team with Post Audits and build supporting documentation for repayments. Maintain documentation for compliance reporting and audits. Support CCMs with uploading Deals Sheets into customer portal. Coordinate internal programs and communications across functions, including Field Sales Team. Qualifications 1–3 years in Consumer Packaged Industry. Strong organizational skills. Comfortable with Teamwork - Power of We. Adaptability: ability to be flexible and be self-starter. Technical skills: proficient with Microsoft Excel. Ability to manage large volumes of data and processing. The expected base salary range for this position is $20 – $21 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity. The analyst will manage accounts receivable activities, including A/R clearing for promo trade and billbacks, and maintain accurate documentation for audits. They will also provide analytical support for forecast accuracy and coordinate communications across internal functions and field sales teams.

Candidates need 1 to 3 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of data are essential.
