It involves carrying out all day-to-day operations to ensure that the company's financial records are accurate and up-to-date. ‍ Responsibilities Record daily transactions in the accounting system; Enter authorized revenues and expenses in the accounting system; Keep supplier lists up to date in the accounting system and on banking sites; Complete and submit tax reports; Plan annual tax instalment payments; Manage payroll and expense accounts; Bank reconciliations; Manage month-end and year-end processes; Ensure proper classification of accounting, administrative and legal documents; Advise the Finance Director. ‍ Profile required DEC/DEP in accounting or equivalent training Accounting experience of at least 1 year Ability to integrate new technologies Proficiency in spoken and written French (advanced CLB7). Proficiency in English (intermediate CLB5) is an asset. Organized, methodical, resourceful, meticulous, critical, analytical, inquisitive, customer service oriented. Experience in the use of accounting software (Sage, Acomba, SAP). Experience in using SAP would be an asset. Proficiency in Office suite, including Word and Excel.
