Our PKW Knife Systems division supports critical industrial equipment and operations across North America. ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a hands-on Accounting & Administration Manager to support the day-to-day financial operations of our Laval division. This role is ideal for a mid-level accounting professional who enjoys being close to the business and executing across a broad range of accounting and administrative functions. You will work closely with division leadership and corporate finance teams to support operational accounting, reporting, and analysis. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AR, AP, payroll, general ledger) • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and support analysis • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking • Maintain and support internal controls and compliance processes • Support audit activities and financial documentation • Oversee local administrative activities (fleet, H&S coordination, office operations) • Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 5–7 years of accounting experience (Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager level preferred) • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong Excel skills • Exposure to budgeting, reporting, and audit processes • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Bilingual in French and English (required) WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • A hands-on contributor who enjoys execution and cross-functional collaboration • Someone looking to grow into broader leadership over time • A professional who thrives in a dynamic, operational environment COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Target salary aligned to mid-level accounting leadership roles • Comprehensive benefits package (insurance, pension, vacation) • Collaborative and growth-oriented environment *ANDRITZ is an equal opportunity employer.
